Existing Family Court operations were housed in a historic building that was highly visible and central to the Community. However, it was outdated, limited in size and suffered from deterioration. The fiscal court renovated a nearby building to meet the current demands of family court proceedings. The new facility’s exterior was designed to be contextually relevant and replicates the original storefronts from 100 years ago. The building’s interior features its own security controlled entry, two separate public waiting rooms, family court rooms, Family Court Clerk Offices and support areas.
