This facility has six stories of dormitory units, which received extremely minimal upgrades since they were constructed in the 1960’s.

Project priorities included renovating the exterior facade to blend with the context of campus; modernizing resident suites to meet the evolving demands of campus-life; creating an inviting lobby where activity/study areas surround a central entertainment center; and upgrading mechanical / electrical systems to improve performance and reduce operational costs.
